Scott Reeves

I am primarily a nature photographer who started with flora. My initial inspiration came from my mother, Jeane, who was a founding member of the Plant Rescue Chapter of the Georgia Native Plant Society. It was her love of nature and the accessibility of many Georgia native plants, particularly of the shaded-woodland varieties, that first kindled my pursuit of serious photography.

My expertise lies much more within photographic domain rather than the botanical. When using common or Latin names for images, I make a diligent attempt at accuracy. Any errors or omissions are, of course, unintentional.

All images are captured in RAW file format. Minimal digital post-processing is applied at my discretion, but my discretion is to present the image as was found in the live setting.
