Hi there, and welcome to my portfolio. My name is Vincent Grafhorst, I am from the Netherlands, where I was born and bred but since 1999 I am living in Botswana (southern Africa). I have always been interested in photography, but not even a fraction of what it is since the last two years. The advance of digital photography has caught my interest to such a level that I am now continuously carrying my camera around, wherever I go. The thrill of selling my first picture (and others following) is now driving me to become a full time professional one day, since making pictures is what I like doing most! In order to achieve this I also need to focus on other types of photography like events, sports, kids and stock. However, nature & wildlife will always be my main interest. And here on NPN some great photographers whom I can learn from and help me grow in this aspect of photography surround me. Living in Botswana, I believe, enables me to bring some more African influences onto the NPN/TPN/Photoportfolio sites.
I hope you enjoy browsing though my humble, but continously improving and updated portfolio and please feel free to contact me for enquiries or purchases of prints or digital images (vincent@khwaiphotography.com).
