Birds are my great love; photography is a way to share that love with others. I specialize in those exquisite moments of takeoff and landing that most of us never register, yet which are what give elegance and spirit to these wonderful creatures. When someone tells me that one of my images has brightened their day or taught them something of patience, of connection to the beauty of life, then my day is complete.
I have shot all my life, but in the past year photography has called me back, and I hope to take it into the world to help us all appreciate the wonder and the mystery of the world we live in.
