This was taken at the St. Augustine Alligator Farm rookery in Florida. The birds are wild seem to like to build their nests above the protection of the alligators at the farm. This mated pair worked constantly all day to build their nest. Each time the male returned with a stick there was a noisy display of ruffled feathers. He must be sure to find the right nest.
