This pair of great-horned owls were at the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge near Willows, CA. We were very fortunate to see four pairs on the same weekend from the Sacramento Valley to the Lower Klamath. Grey day, difficult light and a long way away. Car window brace to steady the shot.
