Anhinga in Distress-A

Olympus E20N, TC300, F8, 100
I was on a lakeshore in a nearby forest looking for butterflies and I saw a sleeping Anhinga in a cove on the lake. I slowly crept up on him as to not scare him so I could get a good close-up and when I focused my camera, this is what I saw.
To make a long story short...This Anhinga entangled itself in some carpet material which tightened the more he tried to pull it off. I called a friend who is a Wildlife Biologist for the U.S. Forest Service and he came over and together we capture and removed it's restraint and set it free. I watched it for the next 4 hours and observed it catch a fish, eat it and then return to the same branch he was perched on originally and took a good long nap.
The Anhinga's payment for our emergency services was a few good pictures...
