Unhurried

Every once in awhile I find my looking through the viefinder and realize that there is a message in the image I am about to capture for me. This is one of those images. I had been wandering along this creek for half an hour when I spotted this lone leaf clinging steadfastly to the rock amidst all the rushing water. I lingered to enjoy the peace of the moment. That leaf seemed a perfect metaphor of my faith. The stronger my faith the more the busy world can rush around me and still leave me feeling calm.
