Barn Owl at Audubon Zoo, New Orleans

I took this picture with my Canon A1 at the Audubon Zoo in New Orleans, back in 1992. I lost the original negative so I had to scan the print into my computer. The result was rather lackluster so I used Adobe PhotoShop CS to apply the Orton Effect- duplicating a layer, blurring it and applying a multiply blend. I really like the result.
