Honestly, not a great photograph in terms of composition. But hey, I finally got a nice shot of lightning crackling through the sky - and so I celebrate the moment! I do love Florida's summer thunderstorms. In the past they've been fairly predictable. I tried to do this shot again in the summers of 2005 and 2006, but with better framing... But, blame it on whatever, the summer thunderstorms have been anything BUT typical these past few years. Not nearly as predictable as they used to be. Maybe I'll have more luck this summer (of 2007).
