Strike Two at Hanging Lake

While sitting by the edge of Hanging Lake, the Brook Trout were surface feeding. I captured many images, but this one amazed me. At least three trout went for the morsel. The top one got the payoff, the second had its mouth around the first, and the third was not far behind. The top fish was fine. The ripple just made the image that much better for me.

Reaction to this image has ranged from "WOW" to "that poor fish".
