Black's Morning Rush

This was a beautiful morning above Black Lake. The snow was melting fast and rushing down to Black Lake even faster. I have wanted to shoot from this area for a couple of years and finally made it up here in time for sunrise. The sharp line of the morning sun on McHenry and Arrowhead is caused by the north ridge of Longs Peak behind me blocking the lower half of the rising sun.
