Red Leaves, Mountain Pond

The red leaves of a maple sapling and some pine branches on the shore of Mountain Pond in the Adirondack Mountains, NY, USA. The image has been heavily altered using an obsolete program that incorporated polygon simplification, monochromatic edge detection, distortion techniques and color enhancement. The original was 6MP but this modification is only 800 pixels wide. It is scale able to print larger.
