In this image we see a pier jutting out into the red sea as the sunsets. We have an idea as to the narrowness of the waterway at this point as we can see the mountains in the background. We can also see where the name for this stretch of water comes from, the reflection of the light off the mountains appearing red in the water. This image has used 'HDR' High Dynamic Range techniques to bring out the huge range of colours that are invisible to the naked eye.
