Hello everyone,

I'm a large format photographer (4x5 specifically) residing in central Minnesota. I frequent the north shore region of Minnesota and the eastern side of the state. I just noticed that there were regional forums a couple days ago and that people were posting weekly photo's here. Good idea! While I rarely get my photo's back within a week of taking them, I figured I'd join in on the fun. Here's one from early summer, taken on a trip into the boundry waters canoe area wilderness in northern minnesota. Hopefully it comes across alright on the web, it's very black point critical and looks off otherwise...the print is ok though!

Some tech notes: Fujinon 135mm, Provia 100f...er, maybe Astia I don't recall, 2 stop GND

Joel, this is a very peaceful scene. I like how you've positioned the rock outcropping in the gap in the reflections. Great detail in the rock also.

This is a beautiful image. I was in the BWCAW back in June of 2001.
