Well,
I have a 21" Samsung LCD and when calibrated...it just sings.

I opted for a pair of 20" (I think, and will have to look at the back of them, if I every get back there again) Sony's and use the extended desktop option. Note: Only one is calibrated (windows limitation unless I put in another high-end card). I use the non-calibrated one to park all of the palets, keeping the primary imgae on the calibrated one. I have had these for more than a year now. I calibrate every few weeks, and have yet to see a shift. I would use the same monitor again.

I might have the same model as Rick. I have 2 Samsung 213T - they are 21.3" and are amazing. They come in Silver or Black and calibrate up very nicely.

BTW, Samsung makes the LCD monitors for Apple........

For some shopping hints, check out Rick Lamb's article: http://ramblinlamb.com/articles/20060121.htm

it's got some good suggestions for what to consider when making an LCD purchase.

My next monitor will be Apple's 30" display. I have the 23" one now and I love it.
