...well according to weather forecast it is in the 90s!!! However, I need a change of scenery and I am planning on heading out there this weekend, and Monday. Anyone know what the weather is like? I am hoping for afternoon T-Storms, rather than just plain blue sky. Anyone else want to brave the heat?

It depends... on the monsoon conditions. You could have great clouds and thunderstorms, or it could be just plain HOT. If the forecast doesn't show any T-storms for this weekend, personally, I'd pick a different destination.

Hey Rene,
About a 50/50 chance I could get away this weekend (should have firm answer tomorrow). Weather in Moab looks iffy for clouds and the forecast is for hot!

Any interest in South Colony Lakes in the Sangres? Weather there looks excellent this weekend for photos.

Jim - South Colony Lakes sound good as well, but I sort of have my mind set on heading out to the desert. I have a three day weekend, so I’d like to take advantage of that.

If you do decide to go, shoot me an email. I’ll probably hit the road today (Friday) around 3:00pm.
