Just one of many photos I took of the variety of Hydrangeas at Shore Acres State Park recently.. I may take the best three and mat them together as a set..
Canon 1D2 with 100mm Canon macro lens
One layer processed and sharpened with a blurred layer at a setting of -10 brightness placed on top - adjusted to roughly 45% opacity, then flattened.

I like it. Special thanks for telling us how you achieved these results. That is how we learn from you "OLD SALTS". No doubt, a set of three across would look great.

I like it , but it looks really flat. I gave it a little bit more punch if you don't mind: http://www.tomaskaspar.com/10352.jpg
Nice comp as always.

Not at all Tomas.. that is very close to my original image before I did the blur layer.

I am going to mat and frame these together in the same frame.. the first three images, that is, of the various Hydrangeas I photographed. Thanks in advance for your opinions on them.. :)

Hell yeah - those three together would work awsome. Great colors on all of them.
