When to have the Autumn Meeting?

OK People have had a long time to vote and if you examine the results it is 6 to 5 infavor of having the autumn meeting on the October weekend. Since the voting was so close I was thinking of guaging the interest in having an autumn meeting both weekends? The group would be smaller, and the second weekend will probably benefit from the experience of the first. This way the folks who are interested can stil get together and share information, images and comraderie. Maybe if we plan the spring 4 months in advance we can get more people to agree on a single date. Please let me kow your opinions on two smaller groups and if you are in favor of this I will prepare the needed info to do this twice.

Please offer you opinion and whether you would attend one of these weekends with a reply.

I will be able to attend the second weekend, the October weekend, so count me in to finally meeting y'all in October...

I could make it both weekends. Will both dates be in the same area or different. St. J VT and Littleton, NH are fairly close to each other. We also could go to the CT Lakes region. We need to make that decision quickly since hotel rooms could fill up. This would be a good spot for the Sept weekend for colors up there. Lttleton in Oct.

I could probably do both weekends also! Maybe you would want to have the 2nd meeting a little further south. I think the good color may be gone by the 14th in the Littleton area! I agree with John on choosing a place soon, as the hotels are going to book up fast!
