OK since there was no clear consenses for a date for the Autumn meeting we will have TWO meeting so we can accomadate ecveryone. The weekend will be as follows:
Friday Sept 29th - Sunday Oct 1st
Friday Oct 13th - Sunday Oct 15th
The location for the first weekend will be Littleton, NH. Littleton in on I93 just north of Franconia notch. within a 1 hour drive are a ton places that we can photograph. I will ask attendees to lead groups to verious places for photo opportunities.
The second weekend will be centered around Lebanon, NH /White River Junction Vermont. This will allow us to shoot in Central NH and Vermont on a weekend that should have great color.
Please send me an email or place a reply to this message for which weekend you can attend. A few people have already told me that they will be attending both weekends and that is welcomed if you have the time.
I will post some instructions for the attendees so you can sned me a short slide show that will be viewed both weekends by the attendees. If you are planning to come for one of these weekends and you know a great place to get photos and would be willing to lead people there please send me a description so we can set expectations of the people who are coming.

Hotels: I have booked a reservation this morning at the econo lodge in Littleton, NH I found that to be the best rate availible ( $ 62.00 - 70.00 ) I would advise that you book hotels fo rthe first weekend as soon as possible. I willpublish info of the second weekend tomorrow or Saturday.
White River Junction seems to have the best rates on hotels so use google and fiond a place to stay for Friday and saturday night Oct13 and 14th.

I will be at both weekends. I also made a reservation at the Econo Lodge for the Sept. weekend. Can't wait to see everyone.
