Adam, Momo, and I met for a brief mid-morning outing at Plaza Blanca in Abiquiu. The lighting conditions were awful. We were expecting clouds to sock us in (like they have over New Mexico for weeks on end), so that we could have some diffused light to do some abstracts in the rock formations and the rain run-off marks. It was good to get out, even if the photographic conditions were not ideal. More scouting for when they are ideal.
Thanks Momo! It was good to meet you, and I look forward to some nice light this fall!

I agree that today's lighting was awful but it was nice to get out and shoot. It was nice to finally meet you Momo and I too look forward to shooting this location later in the year.

Adam, I really like the textures you were able to capture, especially in #2.
Looks like you got some keepers after all.
Nice shooting regardless of the lighting conditions guys. The rich textures and subtle hues obviously made for some good photography. Brian's b&w and Adam's #2 are especially nice.
