Day Lilly Surprise
I was visiting my brother-in-law on Camano Island, Wa this this weekend and caught this little guy snug in the middle of a day lilly.

The frog looks quite cozy in there. Good colors and dof.

What everyone said. I'd frame this!

I had taken several shots of these little frogs the evening before I took this image, but usually on leaves or branches, etc. My wife had mentioned the night before that it would be cool if one of them would sit inside a flower, and I told her that the chances of seeing that were slim to none...well, the next morning before we left I took one more walk around the flower bed and...surprise!

Ryan,
WOW, what a cool shot. I don't think I have ever seen a shot like this before. It looks like the little fellow really found himself a good place to nap. Nice work! :toast:

I was also very lucky that there was absolutely no breeze what so ever, so I was able to shoot this at f/36 and several seconds exposure to maximize the DOF.
