Another image from my recent visit to Camano Island in Washington. This sunset wasn't too spectacular until the sun when down and the clouds just lit up in bright pink. It was really something to see.

This happens most of the time when high, whispy clouds like these are around at sunset. It's usually a nice light show about 20 minutes later. Nice catch, Ryan. I like the framing of the colorfully illuminated waters.

Nice work, Ryan. Great colors and well-balanced. Did you have to tease out the colors? Or is this pretty straight out of the camera?
This was very straight out of the camera. In fact, I desaturated a little bit because I thought it looked a little fake. The only work on this image that I did was dodging a little on the wooden posts along the bottom, and I did burn a few areas here and there, but nothing with the colors.
