For those who have an interest....
I finally got around to printing my first image since buying the new Holmes Dcam3 colorspace. The image colors on my monitor did indeed more closely match the resulting print than before. This was an image I had printed earlier and was disappointed that the print color did not match the monitor color closely at all (colors were clipped). Certainly the Dcam3 is more accurate than the Chromespace 100 Is the difference worth $95. Too early to tell, but I'm somewhat skeptical. I imagine I will have days when I think it is worth it, and days when I think it isn't. Doesn't really matter at this point because the money is already spent, but just thought you other Holmes users might be interested.
If I didn't already use a Holmes colorspace I would wholeheartedly recommend one of the Dcam spaces, but I might be hesitant to upgrade from an existing Holmes space.
Thanks for the update, Bill! I guess one owuld really have to compare prints side by side to appreciate the difference.

I did compare the print I made earlier vs. the one I just printed. The prints were basically identical, as you would expect. The monitor image was different however. The earlier print printed correctly, it just clipped the colors that were on my monitor that it couldn't print. With the newer space, the monitor colors more closely matched the resultant print, so that I got more of what I was seeing. The only real difference I could tell was in the yellow/red/orange area of the sunset reflection. The original monitor image shows up as being more golden, but printed more reddish. With the newer space the monitor showed up more reddish than golden, and printed more accurately.
This stuff still confuses the crap outa me - I hope I'm saying the above correctly. As a friend of mine says - I'm not sure I understand all that I know!
