The word on the street is that our very own Bret Edge, Photographer-Lawman extraordinaire, has graduated from the police academy and will soon be protetcting and serving the town of Moab, UT.
Way to go, dude! Congratulations!
So all you would-be hooligans... Behave yourselves next time you road-trip to Arches/Canyonlands.

Congrats! I'm sure I'll be seeing you soon, seeing as I've been pulled over near Moab more than I have in all of Colorado. I'm sure that, as a fellow photographer, you'll understand that I'm just "chasing the light" in search of that perfect shot.

Thanks for the well wishes, all! I actually still have 2 weeks left at the academy, but the end is oh-so-near. September 22 is right around the corner.
Nathan: You're right, there are very few crimes a Moab Diner malt won't make go away. But, if I catch any of you driving toward Arches w/ a Duraflame log in your car I'll be forced to arrest you and confiscate your photo gear to be sold at a RMNP yard sale.
