This shot was taken last night, this is one of 7 young Little Owls that were re-released back to the wild.

At a young age this Little Owl & 6 others came into our care after being found orphaned.

Because of the fading light during the time of release I could only take this using a very slow shutter speed.

D2X - 400mm AF-S F2.8
ISO 200, F4.2, 1/80sec
Using vehicle as a hide

Nice photograph Vince.......but a much better story. Good to see these being released back to the wild.
