Yes, its a longs ways down, don't fall.
I never really saw any other composition than the one we've all seen. Its kinda limited as to where you can shot from. Maybe you'll have better luck or eye than me though.

The falls are condusive to photography. Never seen an image from there I liked. The hike up there isn't worth the effort for just the falls, but the creek above it is great in the spring. probably brown and just a trickle now...

Brown and tricking. I wouldn't do it. There's barely two falls, not three right now and the perspective is awful from the trail IMO. To get some decent shots I once climbed into the canyon below, which I don't recommend due to environmental damage and near-vertical rock. I wasn't thinking it through enough years ago when I did that and I've rarely been back since to shoot the falls from any spot.

I will spend my time at Pony Tail falls and call it a day....unless I decided to shoot another falls.....I will hike up to triple falls in spring and see what it has to offer...but not on Sunday!!!!!
I'd be interested in meetin up with ya. Email me about Sun AM.

It's a nice falls in the month of June - really only 1 place to shoot the falls from. Make sure (if and when you go) that you hike up above the falls - there are some nice shots from the bridge and above if you want to hike on the rocks a bit.... but now would not be the time to visit.
Here is one perspective shot I liked that was a bit different from the full shots that you typically see:

It is possible to get to the bottom of Triple Falls without scaling down the cliffs - you have to drop to the streambed above Oneonta Falls (not the one next to the bridge, the next one upstream) and walk up the canyon. Its not terribly easy, but its a helluva lot easier than rapping down using brush belays from the trail. I've never been myself, but I've seen some pictures. The knobs in between each fork of the falls stick out much more noticably from below. Its a neat perspective, but probably not worth it if only two segments are flowing right now.
