Follow on of the series of shots taken of the Little Owl orphans that were released back to the wild on the 7th September 2006.

Superb little models that were very photogenic Vince. Still, no matter how many great shots you get of them, it is always even better to know they have gone back to the wild.

Update: Went there this evening close to dark to check on them & to see if they were hanging around the release aviary, 3 were within 50 yards sitting on fence posts & others were calling out near by, made my night that did.. :smile:

A beauty, but I do feel that some of the space to the left is a bit wasted,
