Cool shot. The softness of the light is wonderful.

Tom, Glad to see you post a photo taken in my hometown. I think this is the first photo of Mill Creek Park posted here that I can recall (I have yet to post anything). You were here when Mill Creek was really flowing. You had some nice even light, and your shutter speed was excellent for capturing the falls.
As a native and resident of Youngstown, I can attest that Mill Creek Park (the original section of what is now Mill Creek MetroParks) is a "great place to explore," as previously suggested. The mill, shown here, is a historic landmark, and Mill Creek Park contains three lakes; a number of creeks, streams, waterfalls, and wetlands; miles of hiking trails; and a formal garden. If anyone is interested, you can visit my website and click on Mill Creek Park to see what it has to offer. If you or anyone else is ever needs advice on things to see/shoot in Mill Creek Park, feel free to email me.

This shot was taken yesterday, Sunday the 10th. There was a good flow following the storms of Saturday night and at 8am the light was nice and flat due to full overcast skys. A small group of us got together for breakfast and a shoot at the Mill. The weather and lighting could not have been better. I must have a thousand images of this Mill but I find I'm drawn back to take a few more. I reccomend this view to everyone within driving range. Parking is easy and there is no hike at all to see the Mill.
