Pretty good amount of snow on Longs
Last time I mentioned snow on Pikes Peak somebody had the brilliant idea that I post a screen cap. Don't know why I hadn't thought of that! So here's Longs Peak.

That would've been me. I'm out here on Eastern time so by the time I went to view it was gone. I definitely see this though! Thanks for posting it. Looks like a nice heavy dusting of snow. Any worries about the roads closing early this year yet? (Please say no!)

She sure is pretty right now. She's been in the clouds for several days and they've just opened up a bit today to give us a peek. Now if we can just get rid of that big band of clouds on the divide we can get some really nice evening shots of Longs over the changing aspen at Bear Lake.

There was a bunch of snow on the west side of Long's as well - upper Glacier Gorge, Keyboard of the winds, & Pagoda mountain on Sunday afternoon.

Awesome!!! I have a place in Estes and will be there in two weeks. Lookng to get "The Bells" and hopefully those aspen groves in the southwest. (Then off to the Tetons the 2nd week) Maybe we can hook up for a shoot if anyone is interested!

Hi Eric. You had talked to my wife, who was in Estes last week, at the art show downtown. She told you that I wanted to name my website Morning Light Photography (That is WHEN I create one! LOL) Well I did a search and there are at least EIGHT  Morning Light Photography web sites!! I didn't know that was possible, let alone legal!!!
