Very nice Marc. Great display of color and motion. And the diagonal line of the falls creates a perfect comp.

I echo Jeremy's comments. Love those golden tones just before the water drops.

The reflections on the water just before it falls really make this image work. The many elements and textures create a lot of interest. The dark area on the upper right offsets and balances the lower left with the falling water creating a division on the diagonal that can't be beat. Good job.

The clarity and chrome looking water is really attractive, and I'm sure it's what inspired you to shoot it. I would even like to see more of a closeup, eliminating the splash on the bottom of the water...Light and textures like this scream for abstract-ness...and cropping it more takes it a little further towards that goal...like this:

If this were mine, I'd name it Silver and Gold...

I'll have to say I like Marc's crop alot better. The one Rick posted just seems too tight.

Erik...one word...puddles!

Rick, thanks but I'm sticking with what I have originally. The repost seems too tight and too direct. I don't dislike it, but I'd rather see more.

The original for sure. This comp seems to have become really popular here lately. I think the golden reflection in your image makes it somewhat unique though.

As Doyle Thomas mentioned earlier, the dark area in the upper right balances the white area in the lower left perfectly. Nice job.
