Kruger Cheetah Kill 1
Been a while since I posted, so here's the first of several from a trip to KNP earlier this month.

Three cheetah overcoming a juv wildebeest on our first morning in the Park. Not a bad start, unless you're a gnu...

Interesting how the cheetah on the back is applying the epidural and so weakening the back and forelegs, all very clinical. Looks like they will feed well.

Great behaviour... where's #3, I might have liked a bit more room but appreciate that in the heat of the moment that was probably not possible so not really a nit...

Like it-not often seen let alone photographed-great start to the trip :toast:

great shot. For my money the scene needs either the whole action or a close-up. If this is full-frame I'd look at a vertical crop of the middle third and I'd increase saturation, contrast etc.

An excellent behavioural shot. The soft lighting works really well in this instance.
The frame as shown works fine for me,but a view with all of the animals in, or an even closer view would work equally well, and complement this one nicely.

Hi Andrew,

Nice to see something a wee bit different from the norm. Great action and very dynamic.

Regards Chris.

great action shot. I agree with Peter that a vertical crop might work well.
