Just an FYI to those planning photography around the fall color in Colorado. I just returned from a sunrise shoot up near timberline in the front range and it looks like the peak color will be in a couple days. The front range has been very dry the entire year, and things seem to be changing a bit earlier than normal. I can't speak for areas west of the divide which had a better winter snowpack, but I will be in Aspen and Crested Butte this week so will update this after I get back. And BTW it was lightly snowing above 11,000 feet
