Hey there,
In doing some pre fall test shots I need your input if you don't mind-what do you think of this composition? The main tree on the left side leans in real life- I thought it would add to sense of vertigo. The shot is from Wilson Creek and I was standing on a huge rock slab that slants down and I exposed to get the swirling bubble pattern. Does it work for you? Suggestions?

It works for me, Leanne. I would like to see more defination in that swirl in the center of the image - maybe with some fallen autumn leaves in there

Oh yeah, works great!! I agree with Richard, you need some colorful fall leaves and this will be a stunner!

This is nice. The swirl is what does it for me. I wonder if you'd try using the swirl as the foreground instead of the rocks, and see what it looks like?

Thank you all for answering!
I agree that colorful leaf litter will boost the swirl. I will definitely try a variation of compositions. I appreciate your time taken to answer.

Hi Leann - I would love to see more of the upstream part as well. Any chance of at least a 2 or 3 panel pano?

Love the swirl, Leeann. I just got back today from a few days in this area. It's gorgeous! I can't wait to go back in the fall.
