Looks great to me also Phillip,

Not always easy to isolate a suitable group, but you managed it nicely here!!

I like this Phillip, you have got good dof on the main group which makes them stand out very nicely, and none half cut off

Wonderful shot Phillip, I really like how each and one of them are looking alert.

BTW are these the icelandic ssp. migrating through UK or local birds ?

I like the image, a suggestion would be to have slightly more rooom on the RHS for them to 'look into'

Hi Helge these are not the icelandic ssp but we do get them as they breed locally at one site in Lancashire which are watched during the whole breeding season.

Hi Tom I will have to check the original image to see if I can crop it differently to give a bit more space on the right-hand side.

Thank you all for taking the time to look and comment.

Phillip.

Hi Phillip

Super shot, great light for a group shot, not throwing harsh shadows on each other and just the right size as good detail is shown in individual birds. I like everything about it!

A very good group shot. Sometimes groups just look confusing but this works well.
