Little Grebe Bathing
Here is another from the sequence that I took the other day. When young grebes are really cute and always seem to do something interesting.

Canon EOS 1D MkII, 500mm Lens, F4, 1/1000, ISO Rating 200

This is a really nice shot, cute guy. If I have a nit it's that perhaps it needs a bit more space on the left maybe?

Cracking little shot Danny,

nicely detailed, and i can picture his little feet paddling away furiously, thanks to the wake/splashing at the rear :toast:

I love watching and photographing these, and this is a good one Danny. I was actually watching one today where the river is not very deep and quite clear, I actually saw it catch a little fish while it was underwater :smile:
