This is out of my Canon 30D. The last two cards I've taken have this type of thing. Some a streak, some a block, some all black. Does it need to go back to Canon?

I have not seen anything like that before. You might try going to the Canon USA website or calling the service people at Canon in Irvine. You could try uploading the latest firmware for your camera and popping it on your camera before you ends it.

Well, I've continued the process of elimination and it seems that Adobe Bridge has gotten corrupted somehow and is trashing the files. If I download things and keep them away from Bridge they are fine. I've tried copies of old files and Bridge is doing the same thing to them. Looks like it is time to call Adobe.
