I took these along Mulholland Highway one one of my many weekend drives! (Black 06 Mustang GT, if anyone else is a driver along here!) Such a beautiful area! I really love the change in scenery and road styles along the way, very enjoyable!
Anyway, landscapes are something I have been getting into for the past 1/2 year or so, these are my latest:

Wow, Daniel.....
Didn't know any open spaces like in that last image still existed??
Where along Mulholland were you?? I'm an ole' Valley Girl that use to cruise Mulholland
with my '65 Mustang back towards the Laurel Canyon part, back when that was the place to "neck"
I vote so far for #4...but next time see if you can get further to the right
to eliminate those water towers....That image is definitely working in the right direction.....
I like the composition and idea.....
Did you have a UV filter or split ND on?? might be a thought....
Look forward to future images from you
What side of the hill do you hail from???
In gratitude,
Nelcha

Thanks for your reply Nelcha!
This was shot inbetween Cold Canyon, and Las Virgenes roads. The western portion of the road has more photo opportunities, from what I have seen.
Thanks for your suggestions, I'll keep them in mind on my next trip out :-) I live south of Mulholland, in Westwood. though I'm not from CA, I'm from Louisiana.

Beautiful photos. I used to love driving through there when I lived down south. Back then I didn't have a camera. Love the gradient of tones across the mountains.

and this was my "location picking" the weekend before, the lighting wasn't good, but I knew I wanted to come back for a sunset!
