Can anyone help? I download from my Flash card into my Comp. using Canon software called Zoombrowser. My camera is Canon 1D Mk11n. Everything is okay then when I take my flash card out and try to download the same images in my Laptop using Zoombrowser a box comes up stating. There are no images in the camera or memory card that match download conditions. When I put the memory card back into my camera I can see the images alright. I Format my card everytime I download my images onto computer. Also the same happens the other way from laptop to main comp. As when I go on trips I use my laptop mainly for memory. I would appreciate any help that can be given :toast:

When I download images from my CF card I just use Windows Explorer, and drag them from the card reader (the 'G' Drive) over to the hard drive.

Never had any problems doing it this way.

Hi John, if I read your message correctly I think you have got 'Download New Images only' set in the preferences of Zoombrowser (I use Camera Window which definately has this setting) so when you have downloaded them once a flag is set to say they are not 'new' anymore, if you can change Zoombrowser to 'Download All Images' you should be ok, otherwise download the second time from Windows Explorer as Michael says.

Hi Guys,

Crikey - someone still using Zoombrowser :eek:. From someone who gave up on it years ago - do yourselves a big favour - stop using Zoombrowser and get a copy of BreezebrowserPro and DownloaderPro. They're worth the extra few quid and are much easier to use than ZB ever managed to be.

I'm with Nick here... Downloader Pro, I just use a non pro breezebrowser as all I use it for is the initial cull and for adding my ID reference to finished files in batch, they make a super easy to use combo.... Oh and another plug for Breeze I also use DSLR remote pro, the best remote capture software around.
