....for referring me to Hunt's for film processing. They do good work; the only small problem is that one cannot rely on what counter help says about when things will be ready to pick up. Irritating but easy to work around.

& I now have more than ten gross of new images to review, so far I've found one real stunner & some pretty solid images. You are so blessed to live in New England, the wonderful light that you get as it filters through the broadleaf forests just doesn't exist elsewhere.

& Jim----add the Rock House Reservation to your visit list, I forget what town it's in but it's near the south end of the Quabbin Reservoir. And Purgatory Chasm too! (In Massachusetts one can visit Holland, Wales, Texas, and Purgatory in one day, with a side trip to Lake Chargoggagogmanchaugagoggchaubunagungamaug!)

Eric,

I have not been to Purgatory Chasm since I was a kid (long time ago)! I'll have to get back there. I have read about Rock House Reservation but have never been there, I'll have to get out there during the foliage season. Glad the processing worked out OK at Hunt's. They are a serious photography business and are good at most everything they do.

By the way I will never, EVER try to spell that lake. That is why cut and paste was invented !
