Cross Spider
Hello everyone. This is my first post to the forum. I've lurked around here for several months and finally feel brave enough to jump in with an offering.

I was up at Women's Forum on Monday hoping to get a decent image of the Vista House but the light wasn't what I wanted. When the sun came up I saw this guy in the middle of its web. I guess it was cold enough to not be bothered by me rustling the brush trying to get close enough to take its picture.

Comments please.

Welcome Mel! Looks like you had the perfect depth of field for this guy. What lens did you use?

Thanks Eric. The lens is a Tamron 70-300mm Macro; focal length for this was 220mm at f13 for 1/50 sec.

Mel,
Welcome and nice first post. I used to have that Tamron you used. I'm impressed by the sharpness you achieved with that particular lens.
