Excellent. Only one nit, couldn't you have got to them to spread themselves out a bit to fill the gap at the top centre

Paddington Station eat ya heart out ROFLOL.

This shot would of been a better shot if the one close to the centre turned his head slightly  I think the gap at the top is where one must have broke wind

Hi all that you for your comments, the image was taken at heysham dock near the helicopter pad not only do you get a few thousand knots but you also get a few thousand oystercatchers as well plus the associated birds of prey trying to feed off them, winter is obviously the very best time with a strong 9 m tide if anybody fancies going one day just let me know.

Phillip.

Hi Phillip - I'm curious (so a lot of people say  ), is it worth taking a look down at Heysham if you are focully challenged i.e. with a 70-200VR and 1.7TC? I've never really thought of trying to photograph waders because I simply don't have a lens with the reach. However, if there is half a chance of a couple shots at Heysham I may pop down there this weekend as there are some good lunchtime tides. I'm only in Lancaster so it's very convenient.

Hi Paul yes it is worth taking a look down at Heysham the 500 is to long some times.

Phillip.

Works great Phillip, and deserves a big print!!

I think the shaded section adds an important something to the overall composition, and the result is a fine image!
