PEEPERS EVERYWHERE...
Not necessarily for critique, but just to show what a beautiful Columbus day weekend does for New England's Tourism economy. Boy did the weather bring people out in droves in the Whites today, and the show did not dissapoint!

I was joking with one photographer at a popular spot that I've never seen such mob mentality with photographers outside of yellowstone as I did today. Cameras everywhere, at one stop I saw everything from disposable film to a 600mm on a 5D.

There was, however, a great sense on comraderie among everyone with a camera, people showing on LCD's and helping with compositions...just really nice.

This shot is of RT 16 at the enterence to the Mount Washington Auto Road. This is the line, in one direction, to turn down the entrance road to reach the toll house...I've NEVER seen so many people going up. What a site to take in....

Hope everyone enjoys this great weather this weekend! :toast:

Hi Jim!! Wow, that certainly is a sight!! I remember those days when I used to live down there and the traffic was NON-stop at this time of year, heck almost all year now!! It's cool that you were able to talk to some folks. They were probably from EVERYwhere too, huh?
