I'm thinking on a good way of presenting my shots on the web. Searching around in the web I came across Liveboos. Very nice looking web sites but far too expensive for my budget. I found also Fluid Galleries (www.evrium.com): a lot cheaper and good looking. Do you have any hints? Any feasible alternatives on this type of presentation? I would like to have my portfolio on the web and continue using my Wordpress based website (www.massimocristaldi.com) for blogging and galleries....

I use a Blog Provided by my server, if you wish to take a look see, http://wormdigger.bigblog.com.au/blog.do Sounds a bit rough but it works OK for me :jump: :wavey:

I use Album Creator from Firm Tool, I've integrated it into my current site design. they have several free templates as well as many very nice and inexpensive ones you can purchase.

If you have another website and are simply looking for a portfolio site I couldn't think of a better site than NPN. NPN gets a lot of traffic, the site is set up to simply and quickly look at photos that can be posted at a fairly large size (things that photo editors like if you're thinking of making sales), there is space for writing a profile, you can upoad quite a few photos. And the price is great! Randy

Randy,

I like NPN and I'm already a member  . I use also the photoportfolio.com... But since I had over the last 3 months over 10.000 unique visitors (my shots have been published by the major italian newspaper), I would like to use a nice flash enabled animation for my portfolio on my personal website. I saw some professional photographers using Livebooks and found it nice and simple to use... But far too expensive ....

Okay, that makes sense, should have looked at your portfolio at the bottom  I've been looking at Livebooks myself and agree with you about the quality and price. They say you get what you pay for but I wish it was a little less expensive  Randy
