Digital lab?

Can someone please recommend a good online or local photo lab for high-quality digital prints in short time frame?

I've used Pictopia.com in the past, but they do not accept JPEGS.

I'd prefer an
online one where I can store my images, and order them quickly as orders come in. I don't have th time or printer to print them myself.

Thanks -
Sandy Richards, Portland, OR

You can try West Coast Imaging, but I don't know if they accept JPEGS or not. Also, it depends on what you call a "short time frame". They're very high quality, but not cheap.

You can change your jpeg into any lossless file type. Are you doing any editing?

I use Mpix.com for the last year. I've ordered at 7:00 PM and received the photos the next day. Great quality at a good cost and they accept jpegs.

There are actually lots of online places if you're just looking for standard sized prints using standard photo methods (i.e. not inkjet or lightjet). Keep in mind that some of these (Snapfish) always do auto correction to your files, and with others you might have to request that they not do it (Shutterfly, Kodak). I think MPix and Winkflash don't do any correction. Anyway, here's a list of ones I've used/looked into (I can recommend Winkflash as my favorite among these, but I haven't used MPix) :

Has anyone used the Metallic paper at the MPix.com place? ? And just what is their option of "on matte board" ?
Thanks for all the great suggestions!
I'm looking mainly for 8x10 and larger from edited files.
