For those of you who are relatively new, F-Stop was a traveling NPN mascot who was shipped around to various members and photographed in compromising situations. He is a small, green stuffed frog with a camo vest and a camera. Didn't there used to be an F-Stop forum? Perhaps there was some scandal and he's been expunged from the history books?

He was kidnapped by Al Qaeda and never seen again.

Too funny, while editting some of my old work I found a folder full of F-Stop shots from a few years ago. Great memories to my green friend

Ha ha! F-stop must have been before my time!! I thought the first post was referring to some sort of product line. (thanks Pete for clarifying that) Its a fun idea though! Any chance of resurrection? Actually, I think I may use some version of that idea for my local photo club. Promotes more reasons to get out there & shoot "just for fun"!

F-stop is resting quietly with me after his round-the-world excursion. I think he has post-tramatic stress syndrome after some of the things he saw because he rarely speaks. In fact I haven't even seen him since moving he's been hiding so much.

I'm sure F-Stop is quietly enjoying his retirement in a Lilly pond somewhere - along with a cooler full of flies
