Hey all, this is my first shot in the "Midwest" section of this site. I'm from Springfield, IL, and this weekend I went camping at Sangchris Lake, a State Park about 30-40 minutes south-east of Springfield. Anyways, just thought I'd share this photo with you :) Thanks for looking!

Hey there Nathanial, looks good. Ive been to Sangchris. Done a little photography around the dam and north of the dam. It looks like the color is still not there. It will be soon. Keep shooting.

It is a weird fall color wise up here. I hope things stabilize for you over in Illinois!

Thanks David and Jack, I'm thinking of going up there again this weekend to see if the colors have improved any. I agree, the colors this year have been VERY weird...right now there's some trees that are totally red/yellow, while some are still totally green...thanks for your comments :)
