I thought it was time to start posting a few images from my awesome fall trips this year. First off is one from right along Hwy 133, not too far from Paonia Reservoir. It was a wonderfully overcast and slightly rainy day, and this mix of colors caught my eye at about 50 mph! I had to turn around and play a little. Glad I did! Thanks for looking!

I'm seeing a slight magenta color cast too, Brent. Other than that minor and easily fixed issue this is superb. I'm glad you spun around and photographed this scene!
lovely image Brent. Agree with the cast. I also like this cropped from top.

I also see the magenta cast, but otherwise this is a sweet shot.

Me like!
Since it was overcast I guess I can see the cast too but this is not an unatural look as is - if you have some late evening color in the sky. In fact maybe some ambient "warm" light might be the source here.?

I figured that you'd kick off the posting. Very nice! Colors were different this year, but no less beautiful. In fact, I think these types of colors allow the trunks to stand out more, which makes for some great photography as you've shown. This captures the essence of this year's display nicely.
