I took this down on a local beach.
Cropped to around 60% of full frame. Run through Adobe Lightroom Beta. Whitebalance adjusted to Cloudy, Sharpened 25%, exposure +0.25, fill light increased.

Good simple portrait. The bird is looking into the space and the face is lit nicely along with a catchlight. Like the warmth of the image but (and it could just be my monitor) I'd like to see the levels rasied a bit as it is a tad dark on my screen.

Looks good, like the low angle and the oof f/g, nice pose from the bird too.
