Not really, We were in Arches NP during a downpour, and the following day there were a lot of blood red pools to catch reflections. This is on the way to Canyonlands NP. Canon 30D, ISO 200, F/14, 1/125.

How 'bout the same comp with minimal or no sky? And note how the tree off to the right echoes & complements the "wicked" tree.
