Just returned, exhausted but happy, from the workshop run by Guy Edwardes and Marko Trebusak in Slovenia.
We had great weather...fog and mist and sunshine.
Up very early and late to bed with mountain climbing in between! We were also ferried in style to the right location without much effort on our part.
Slovenia is a beautiful, country with mountains, wild rivers, great food and restaurants.
For my part, I learned a lot about composition and exposure and it was a hugely enjoyable experience.
I wanted to upload a picture but I see I have to renew my membership!
So...Pic to follow!

Hi Paula,
I'm glad that you enjoyed staying with us. As you said, it was a hard work (just think of summer ). If you would like, I can post a photo for you, just send it to me.
Sounds like a great time was had, and in the company of two very fine and likeable photographers... look forward to seeing some of your images very much.

Lovely composition Paula, it's very pleasing on the eye
Hi Paula,
You''d be better off posting this image in it's own seperate post as it could well go overlooked in this thread,as a number of people may not realise it's here,as they may have already read this post prior to you adding your image.
Anyway,it's a cracking shot with the various toned layers working superbly.Love the placement of the church and the layer of mist is superb.
Very much look forward to seeing some more images from your trip.

It's a wondeful photo, and I like the mood captured. It looks like our team effort pay off
Good light
